Queen of Spain

5 Y-Y

A very early triandrus cross that makes two impressive vertical blooms per scape. We list a lot of more recent triandrus that are more floriferous, thus we overlooked Queen of Spain for a long time as lacking in vigor. But what a color she has, a proven grinder with a bloom that is inviting the same way digitalis (foxglove) is inviting, elegant, and calming. Terrific in the garden. Near species ADS Historic.
