- Please note the minimum order quantity per variety. Minimum order is $50 exclusive of shipping.
- If you want to supplement an existing order call or email us with the additions or changes before July 15th.
- To insure the best selection we kindly request orders be placed before July 4.
- Existing Customers may pay at checkout or request to be billed before delivery.
- We ask that new customers pay at checkout.
- Shipping is via UPS ground only. The website calculates actual UPS charges based on size, weight, distance, and residential address.
- Connecticut Sales tax of 6.35 % will be applied to product and shipping totals for orders shipped within Connecticut. CT businesses may submit a resale certificate and we will remove the tax to be collected.
- All bulbs will ship in early to mid October. We will notify you by email of the ship date prior to shipment.
- Orders cancelled after July 15th may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
- We try to honor requests to combine multiple orders into one shipment. This is at our discretion. In our experience combining orders generally doesn't reduce shipping charges and tends to cause confusion, delays and create errors.
- We sell an agricultural product, some of which can be very finicky. While all bulbs are inspected and packed by hand it is possible that health issues may develop during shipment. If there is a supply problem after harvest, we will notify you and issue a refund.
- We DO NOT substitute. We guarantee all bulbs to be true-to-name. We guarantee all bulbs to be free from disease, viable and of blooming size.
- By law we are not required to accept returns for live plant material, but we want you to be happy with your purchase so we have instituted and posted this refund policy.
- If you receive any bulbs that are you feel are not viable please notify us in October. We will try to replace them if possible, or issue a refund check .
- Do not return bad bulbs, we believe you. Destroy them. If in doubt text a photo to (475) 231-5157 with your name and address.
- If there is a miss-pick or shortage please contact us and we will ship replacement bulbs, if possible, or issue a refund.
- If a variety turns out not to be true-to-name in the spring we will refund the amount or reship replacement bulbs in the fall as you wish.
